Joe finished the siding and the steps! Working on a punch list to complete the project.
Joe and arborist removed the two large white pines in the front and back of the house after a large part of one came down in the yard.
Alan installed the new dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
Alan and Steven installed a new ceiling fan and a new rangehood, currently recirculating but convertible to ducting.
"Little Willy" is back! Stove is in the kitchen, but Joe will return to install the heat wall behind it and extend the flue pipe.
Living room ceiling cleaned and repainted! Replaced blinds and drapes to improve daylight. Alan installed new blinds in all the bedrooms.
Brought up a sofa and new chairs to replace the outdoor set in the living room which will go to the new porch.
Make sure you bring the new key! All the doors and deadbolts now use the new key. Remaining padlocks still use the old smaller key. Gate combo is 2198.
